His franchise experience spans a range of enterprises including quick service restaurants, cafes, stadiums, convenience stores, large format hotels, large format casual dining restaurants, fine dining restaurants and gymnasiums.
Gordon was instrumental in the development of 34 Zambrero stores in Western Australia between 2013 and 2018. This included Australia’s first Mexican drive thru, a concept that proved extremely successful with the roll-out of eight drive thru services in WA.
In addition, Gordon developed six Zambrero stores in Tasmania, including three drive thru services.
